General program outline
CCF helps you find supports in your family and community. CCF puts together mental health care, alcohol and drug treatment, and other services that can help. We try to help families find their strengths so that they may reach their goals on their own. We work with you even if your child needs to be in a hospital or needs to be placed outside of the home. If your child is placed outside of your home, CCF will help you get ready for when your child can return home or to the community.Back
